24 days until I leave to start the Picture Book Semester at Vermont College of Fine Arts (VCFA)! What did I do to get this far?1) Filled out the online application form for VCFA, Wrote, Edited, and Sent in 1 Personal essay, 1 Critical essay,and 2 Picture Book Manuscripts, along with 2 letters of recommendation and $75us
2) Enlisted love/support of family and friends...
3) Borrowed $10 000 from my RRSP for the Canadian Life Long Learning Program (yes, you can do that!)
It was a lot of prep work but I have a feeling it will look like child's play next to the work load I'm in for at VCFA!
